By accessing or using MockPrep Zone (mockprepzone.com), operated by Karvitech Software Solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Each account is for individual use only — sharing login credentials or allowing multiple people to use a single account is not permitted.

2. Subscription & Payments

Premium test access requires an active paid subscription. Subscriptions are valid for the period specified in the plan (e.g., 30 days, 90 days). Access to premium tests is automatically revoked once the subscription period expires.

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.

3. No Refund Policy

All payments made on MockPrep Zone are final and non-refundable. Once a subscription is purchased, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Failure to use the platform during the subscription period
• Duplicate payments (contact support for resolution)
• Exam date changes or cancellations by external bodies

We encourage users to explore our free tests and daily quiz before subscribing to ensure the platform meets their needs.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, distribute, or reproduce test questions or content from the platform
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the platform
• Attempt to bypass subscription checks or access premium content without payment
• Share your account credentials with others
• Engage in any activity that disrupts the platform or its infrastructure

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on MockPrep Zone — including questions, explanations, test formats, designs, and branding — is the intellectual property of Karvitech Software Solutions. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

6. Single Device Session

For security and fair use, only one active session per account is allowed at any time. Logging in on a new device will automatically log out the previous session.

7. Limitation of Liability

MockPrep Zone is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to exam outcomes, data loss, or service interruptions.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
